Returns & Exchanges
Steps to Follow
- Email Us: Email us at support@valeryhouse.com with pictures or a video of the product in its original packaging (outer and inner) that supports your reason for the requested return, exchange, or replacement.

Approval:
Upon approval, you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return. -
Shipping:
Use FedEx or UPS to return your items. We require the tracking number to track the parcel if needed. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. The customer must pay the cost of shipping for returns. -
Customs Fees:
Send the item back as a gift to avoid customs fees for returns.
Eligibility:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since the day of delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please ensure the items are complete, in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged), with attached labels and original packaging. Once we receive the items back, we will inspect them and send a confirmation to the email address you provided.
Right to Cancel:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at support@valeryhouse.com with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to cancel. Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions. Refunds for cancellations include the item price and original standard shipping costs. Return shipping costs for cancellations must be covered by the customer.
Defective or Damaged Products:
We review return and exchange requests for orders if the product(s) are defective or damaged. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Kindly reach out to us at support@valeryhouse.com for support.
Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns initiated beyond the 14-day statutory cancellation period, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Processing times can vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@valeryhouse.com.
Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Personalized or custom orders
• Gift cards
• Hygiene-related items such as duvet covers, pillows, protectors, and featherbeds once opened.
