If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided.

Delivered but Not Received:

If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier to investigate. We cannot be held accountable for packages marked as delivered to your address.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. If an incorrect address was provided, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made in time. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will ship it to the correct address or issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
