Why Is My Order Being Shipped in Different Packages?
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, multi-item orders may be shipped from different international warehouses, depending on availability. If an item is particularly popular and temporarily out of stock, we might ship your items in separate packages to avoid any delays.

If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided.
Delivered but Not Received:
If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier to investigate. We cannot be held accountable for packages marked as delivered to your address.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. If an incorrect address was provided, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made in time. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will ship it to the correct address or issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
